As you grow your business, it’s important to realize that you don’t have to be chained to these practices -- or those bad clients. While it’s important to be “easy to work with” it’s equally important that clients know and understand the value that you bring to them.
If they don’t, it’s time to cut ties and figure out something new. Plus, offering things like a free-trial or test runs often feel more desperate than aggressive, it’s time to ditch the free this year and take a good long look at how to determine your worth.
