Out of our entire client base, our average monthly fee comes out to about $800 per month and typically ranges from $600 to $1,500+ per month.
For the transportation industry only, the average fee is about $710 per month (as of December 2025).
So, why the lower fee? I’ll answer that in the next section.
We don’t offer a “transportation industry discount”, but trucking companies tend to have less accounting activity and less complexity, which are the two main factors that our monthly fee is based on.
“Accounting activity” is the volume of work. Trucking companies tend to have fewer moving pieces for your accountant to keep track of, so you typically get charged less than other industries.
“Complexity” is the difficulty of the work. Trucking companies may have some complexities, but they tend to avoid many of the complexities that other industries have, like needing sales tax management on a monthly basis or having a large number of credit cards or loans.
You may think, “If I might pay less than the overall average fee, I should clearly pick CSI.” However, there are plenty of better reasons to go with us!
Trucking companies don’t necessarily need our support more than other industries, but industry-specific advice might be something that’s very valuable to you.
