What’s the difference between CSI’s monthly accounting and other monthly accounting services? Accounting is generally universal, but we see our competitors fall flat in a few different areas.
First of all, they promise a service, but secretly hire overseas firms to do the work cheaper. There can be quality and timeliness issues, and they make a profit as the middleman.
We also see that they don’t have transparent pricing on their website. They don’t list averages, ranges, or provide a Pricing Calculator.
Some have customer service that isn’t up to par. They use accounting jargon instead of plain language, use phone queues, and don’t assign dedicated accountants to their clients (often due to high turnover). It feels impersonal… no different than working with a large, national service.
