When small businesses sign up with a service, they’re often in touch with different people through sales, onboarding, and the service moving forward. Many firms don’t assign direct contacts for these processes… they just send you to a call center.
With CSI, the difference is that you’ll have a direct contact for each stage. Some clients ask why they don’t just talk to one person from the start. We want to make sure you always have the right expert at the right time.
At CSI Accounting & Payroll, we’ve sold, onboarded, and serviced thousands of new clients for nearly 60 years. That means we’ve answered thousands of transition questions, such as:
From the moment you reach out, your direct contact will be an Accounting & Payroll Consultant (either Hunter or Ryan). They will walk you through our consultation process and will be happy to address any questions about our services, fees, case studies, and similar topics.
If they find that we’re a good fit to work with each other, they will introduce you to your new direct contact(s) for your onboarding process.
If you’re an accounting client, you’ll meet your Accounting & Tax Manager (one of many on staff). This will be your permanent Accounting & Tax Manager, even after onboarding concludes. You will also meet your Bookkeeping Onboarding Specialist (either Brittny or Rob), who will be your direct contact for bookkeeping onboarding and back work (if applicable).
If you’re a payroll client, you’ll meet your Payroll Onboarding Specialist, Christy, who will be your direct contact for payroll onboarding.
If you’re an accounting client, after Brittny or Rob gets you fully on board, you will be matched with a Staff Accountant (one of many on staff). They will be your direct contact for bookkeeping moving forward. Your Accounting & Tax Manager whom you met during onboarding will remain the same.
If you’re a payroll client, after Christy gets you fully on board, you’ll be matched with a Payroll Specialist (one of many on staff). They will be your direct contact for payroll services moving forward.
On occasion, every worker gets sick or schedules time off. While you should receive an out of office notification or be notified ahead of time, you might worry if you have a time-sensitive question or concern. So, what happens if you can’t reach your direct contact within a day or two, or you have an emergency?
During onboarding, you’ll also have met the Office Manager for the office you’re being serviced out of (either Bret or Christy), who will be your backup or emergency contact. They’ll be happy to help or direct you to someone else who can assist you.
Otherwise, if you have a payroll emergency, emailing payroll@csiaccounting.com will immediately send your request to several Payroll Specialists, and the first team member available will help fix the issue.
Now that you know about who you will work with – and when – are you ready to check out our monthly accounting and payroll services?
