Victory’s services page says that their monthly accounting packages are “100% tailored to you,” allowing you to “add only the services you actually need.”

If you’re looking for a customizable solution that can be as simple as just bookkeeping or tax filing, then Victory Business Solutions is a great option!
CSI’s Services
CSI Accounting & Payroll and our partners offer the following services:
- Monthly accounting. Bookkeeping, monthly financial statements, bank and credit card reconciliations, unlimited one-off advice, and audit protection included.
- Business tax projections, preparation, and filing. We also handle individual taxes for our monthly accounting clients.
- Consulting. Unlimited one-off advice is included in our monthly accounting service. Add-on consulting services are available for large projects. This service is only available to monthly accounting clients.
- Full payroll service. Optional features are available.
- 401(k) plans for you and your employees.
- Pay As You Go workers’ compensation insurance.
- HR plans.
Since monthly accounting is our core service, focusing on our small business clients means we don’t get slowed down by individual walk-ins during tax season.
If year-round efficiency and bundled services for increased value are important to you, then CSI may be the right choice.
Pricing & Transparency
Victory’s Pricing & Transparency
Victory’s website is simple and does not have a pricing page. The only mention of any price is on their services page: “Monthly Accounting Services Start at $450.”
The good news is that $450/month is on the lower end of pricing for financial services. However, they don’t specify what this minimum fee includes, so you can’t accurately compare the value to other providers.
Pricing is not very transparent on Victory's website. You won’t know what your investment might look like until you have your consultation, which might be unappealing for business owners who aren’t ready to take that step.
CSI’s Pricing & Transparency
CSI Accounting & Payroll’s pricing page shows the current average and range based on our real clients. At the time of this article, the average monthly fee was $800, and the range was $600 to $1,500/month.
This is higher than Victory’s rate but may include more services. Your monthly investment with CSI covers all aspects of monthly accounting, plus all aspects of business tax strategy and filing, plus unlimited one-off advice from your dedicated accountant.

Reputation
In this article, we’ll consider “reputation” to be a firm’s history, awards, and reviews.
Victory’s Reputation
Victory Business Solutions has one Google listing for their only location, which has an extremely impressive 5.0-star rating across 130 reviews. Nearly every review mentions great customer service (specifically patience and stress-relief). It’s apparent from many reviews that they’ve worked with Victory for years and have already referred their family and friends, which is a major benefit for firms that accept individual tax walk-ins.
Since the website does not appear to mention Victory’s history or recognitions, its reputation is largely intertwined with its founder and principal, Brittany Howard, EA. In Brittany’s nearly ten years of experience, she’s made a name for herself in the local area and in the business community.
Brittany has earned many recognitions, including being the Center of Economic Inclusion’s Vanguard Finalist, the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Elevate Her Network Innovative Business Leader. Victory’s website also lists recognitions from regional economic development organizations and a mention in Minneapolis–St. Paul Business Journal.
Overall, Victory and Brittany have a very positive (and growing) reputation.
CSI’s Reputation
CSI has served thousands of small businesses since 1966, with the average client staying for 5+ years. This is a much longer and larger history than most accounting firms.
We currently have two Google listings (soon to be three listings due to a recent expansion) with about 500 reviews with an overall 4.9-star rating. Nearly all of our reviews say that our accountants are professional, thorough, and very responsive, with many calling out their accountant by name and talking about the close relationships they’ve formed. Our website has a dedicated awards page, which shows our more than 100 recognitions by review platforms, professional associations, and business communities for innovation, transparency, and dedication to client success.
