One Month of Monthly Accounting

Let’s jump right into an example scenario that you might see at CSI Accounting & Payroll.

Let’s say it’s July 1st, so you probably won’t be talking about your taxes, which can lead to more extensive, strategic conversations in the spring and autumn.

You already have your next meeting with your accountant scheduled for the 20th (although meetings can occur at any point in the month), but you have a question now. So, you call, text, or email them with your question, and they’re happy to help. You either reach them right away (absolutely no waiting in a queue), or you leave a message and get a response within half of a business day. Inside or outside of meetings, they’ll answer as many one-off questions as you’d like.

Since you’ve granted them third-party access to the data they need each month, your books won’t fall behind. You’ll have your monthly financial statements when you meet with your accountant because they know that you typically want to go over the details and find areas of improvement.

Besides one-off questions and analyzing your financial statements, what else do you cover in your meeting? Typical topics include your trends with profits, bank accounts, loans, and how you’re able to leverage yourself. You can drive the conversation with no hard stop!
